Recently I am addicted to Mommy Tang's youtube channel which is all about Asain vegan Muk bang.

As you can see, this week I try to eat simple and healthy. Most of the ingredients are vegetables, rice, and sauce. 

Also, after trying her recipes, I found that it took me much less time to prepare for the meal.

Luckily my boyfriend is not a big meat eater, so he enjoyed the meals too!
